其他：两层复式共四个房间两个卫生间，上下各一个。目前二人居住：一楼租客为律师（包一楼两个房间），二楼目前是外企员工。出租房间朝北但阳光可以。

房子客厅很大还带一个小花园，同时因复式结构（上下楼各两个卧室各一个卫生间）住下来的感受是互不干扰，安静舒服。临近陆家浜路地铁站和老西门地铁站，交通非常便利，步行可至新天地商圈。

室友要求：短租需求的有缘室友，爱干净不抽烟。

This apt is like a “house” as it is on ground floor. It is a spacious deplex with 2 rooms on each level (4 rooms in total).

The location: located literally two minutes away from Lujiangbang rd within walking distance to Xintiandi Area. 

Everything else: we have a small garden perfect for enjoying the sun. Living room comes with cozy sofa and a big TV with very good sound effect : ). The kitchen, dining room and living room are big enough to host a couple of friends over the weekend.
