我的房间是主卧，还有两个房间，舍友都是学生。男人女人都有。但是很少见到舍友。 公共空间非常干净🥰 离北京大学骑自行车要20分钟，离语言大学走路要5分钟。 房间3700 服务费 400 （双周保洁，维修） 一共4100元~ 2025年7月份我要搬走，我在寻找个人可以租到9/2。 谢谢 The house is shared with 3 people. Every person has their own room. My room is the biggest and has a balcony✨️All the roommates are students. One is a man and another is a woman, but everyone rarely sees the roommates. The bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine are shared. Everywhere is so clean 🥰 it takes 20 minutes to get to Peking University by bike and it takes 5 minutes to Beijing Language and Culture University. I'm going to go back to my country in July 2025, so I have to find someone who can rent my room until9/2. Thank you.
