Description

I'm looking for a roommate to share my place. Here are the details:

- I'm already living in one of the rooms, which has a floor-to-ceiling window. The rent for this room is 2600RMB. If you agree to this price, I can move to the other room.
- The other room has an indoor window facing the hallway. It rents for 2KRMB.
- The apartment uses commercial electricity (around $1  per kWh).
- The location is convenient. There's a tram downstairs that goes directly to the Songjiang University Metro Station on Line 9. It's about 3 km away.
- The community and the apartment are both very new. There aren't many residents yet, so it's not a chaotic place.
- Internet is free for the first year.
- I'm looking for someone who is quiet, tidy, and doesn't have too many belongings. We need to keep the common areas clean and organized. For example, if you use the left side of the washbasin, I'll use the right.
- No smoking, no bad habits, and having a good sense of values.
- No overnight guests of the opposite sex. If you want to bring someone over, you need to let me know in advance.
- Minimum lease term is 6 months. Deposit one month's rent and pay for three months at a time. 
- You should be financially responsible and able to pay the rent on time. No economic disputes, please.
- You can use my appliances, but we need to agree on it first. If something breaks after you use it, even just once, you need to replace it with something of the same value.
