Sub-letting my place for one month as will be leaving for new apartment. You can move in from 16/17 May to 14/15 June. If you like it I can give you can sign on with the landlord directly. 

Place is lovely with loads of restaurants nearby, station is 10 minutes away, neighborhood is quiet, apartment has everything you need, just unpack and get on with your business. Apartment also has a mini office on ground floor, with large living room, and the bedroom on the first floor. Plenty of space to do everything you need.
